Aus- und Fortbildung: VS unterhält ein technisches Ausbildungszentrum und arbeitet mit den Dualen Hochschulen Baden-Württembergs (DHBW) für den praktischen Teil der Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft, Holztechnik und Maschinenbau zusammen.

Soziale Verantwortung: Der Anteil schwerbehinderter Mitarbeiter an der Gesamtbelegschaft ist aktuell doppelt so hoch wie der gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Pflichtanteil. VS ist bemüht, Aufträge an Werkstätten für behinderte Menschen (WfbM) zu vergeben.

VS geht mit natürlichen Ressourcen verantwortungsvoll um. Ziel ist es, weitestgehend umweltschonend hergestellte und möglichst langlebige Produkte anzubieten.

Tested products

VS products are tested by external testing institutes: GS mark for tested safety, environmental certificates ‘tested for harmful substances’ and Greenguard.

Global Compact

VS is a member of the UN Global Compact initiative and is committed to acting as a role model in the observance and ongoing review of ethical, social and environmental standards in business.

Ein nachhaltiges Energiemanagement ermöglicht bei VS einen Nutzungsgrad regenerativer Energieträger von mehr als 40 Prozent am Gesamtbedarf. Unser Energiemanagement-System ist nach DIN EN ISO 50001 zertifiziert.

Ausgediente Möbel gelangen an VS zurück; in unserem Recycling Center werden sie demontiert und wiederverwendbare Bestandteile in die Produktion zurückgeführt. Voraussetzung dafür: die intelligente, modulare Konzeption der Möbel mit wenigen, sortenreinen Materialien
