The UN Global Compact is the world’s largest and most important initiative for responsible corporate leadership. Based on ten universal principles, it pursues the vision of an inclusive and sustainable global economy for the benefit of all human beings. These principles are allocated to four areas: human rights, working standards, environmental protection and the fight against corruption.

VS has been a member of the UN Global Compact since 2009. As an active member, the school and office furniture manufacturer commits itself to aligning its business activities with the ten principles and to realize them within its own sphere of influence. The annual progress report documents how the company implements these principles, the solutions it develops, and the objectives it has set itself.
