New building with exemplary character

A building that is primarily geared towards the needs of those who will work in it in the future: this was the intention behind the Sparkasse Darmstadt's decision to construct a new administration building. 

One of the client's key objectives was to provide attractive, modern working environments for the approximately 400 people who work there. The entire interior design for around 400 employees was dedicated to the theme of ‘New Work’. The result is a working environment that is characterised by digitalisation, globalisation and changing work cultures.

We implemented the office concept with customised, electrically height-adjustable 4-leg workstations designed in accordance with the specified colour scheme, including acoustically effective screen panels. Roll containers with seat cushions serve as storage space and seating for quick consultations at the workplace. All products were based on the VS modular system.

The newly created workstations and co-working spaces follow the open-space concept. They are flexible, collaborative and inspiring. In addition to the delivery and assembly of the products, our services also included logistics and assembly concepts, which were implemented in coordination with the specialist planners involved.
