A provider of bespoke solutions for the banking sector

VÖB-Service GmbH is the service provider of the Federal Association of Public Banks in Germany. It supports its members with specialized services and practical solutions. The company has completely redesigned its workspace at its Bonn location.
We set up 150 workstations here. The goal was to create a modern, functional office environment. The project included ergonomic desks, swivel chairs, monitor mounts, and matching accessories. We also provided targeted acoustic solutions for quiet work, integrated into storage furniture and between workstations. Personal storage and coat racks keep things organized and make daily life easier.

The seminar, conference, and meeting rooms were fully equipped with flexible tables and chairs as well as extensive interactive presentation technology. We designed the lounge area with seating and standing furniture and a catering counter, and the break areas with lounge furniture—both serving as spaces for interaction and relaxation.

In addition to furnishing the space, we also handled services such as the complete relocation of existing furniture and inventory, the IT servers, and the archive, as well as the professional disassembly and reassembly of the entire IT infrastructure. The result is a clear, efficient work environment tailored directly to the users’ needs.
