The best sitting posture is always the next one.
Good chairs are therefore not just the right size; they also support dynamic sitting – that is, sitting in a way where your posture changes constantly and intuitively. This ranges from barely perceptible micro-movements to visible shifts in body weight, such as when moving from a relaxed, reclined position on the chair to a forward-leaning working position, or even when rocking back and forth.

Chairs with a freely movable seat that can tilt forwards, backwards and sideways are particularly effective for dynamic sitting – as is the case with the 3D Rocker we have developed and patented.
Here, the seat shell follows the many small movements of the pelvis and amplifies them. This has a positive effect on the functional unit comprising the pelvis, legs, spine, shoulders and head.
The effect is quickly noticeable: despite sitting, we feel buoyant, alert and awake, whilst tension in the back and neck noticeably eases.
