What’s new in the Digital Pact 2.0?

The Digital Pact 2.0 builds on the successful funding programme of the first Digital Pact, which ran from 2019 to 2024, and takes it a step further.

Yes, under the Digital Pact 2.0, funding was made explicitly available for the first time for professional technical support structures. These include maintenance contracts, flat-rate support packages, IT administrator posts (including on a temporary basis) and service contracts for technical support. However, ongoing operating costs beyond these specified flat rates are generally excluded.
