Customer Consultation and Support

We operate through direct sales, as only through direct interaction with our customers can we precisely develop and implement the furniture and space concepts they need for their learning environments and administrative spaces. Another advantage of direct sales: as our customer, you will have just one point of contact – from planning and development through to production, delivery, installation, and on-site service and support.

Furniture Planning and Space Concepts

As part of our needs analysis, furniture planning is naturally included in our service. This can extend to the planning of entire space concepts – for example, for all-day schools, the digitalisation of schools with the setup of tablet classrooms, or for administrative areas and teacher workstations.

Project Management

For larger projects, our project managers can act as the link between our production team and your project. They handle the entire project on your behalf, ensuring that everything is smoothly implemented and operational on time.

Spare Parts Service

For all VS products, we guarantee to offer original parts or parts with equivalent functionality for a period of five years after purchase.* Relevant spare parts are usually available for ten years or longer.

Most spare parts can be shipped and replaced without an installation team. For all repair work, especially for more complex and, above all, safety-related components, our customer service team will be happy to visit you.

*Exceptions are IT products, products manufactured to individual customer specifications and merchandise purchased by us.
