Are you looking for specific spare parts and accessories for your boards and displays?
For all VS products, we guarantee to offer original parts or parts with equivalent functionality for a period of five years after purchase.* Relevant spare parts are usually available for ten years or longer.
Most spare parts can be shipped and replaced without an installation team. For all repair work, especially for more complex and, above all, safety-related components, our customer service team will be happy to visit you.
*Exceptions are IT products, products manufactured to individual customer specifications and merchandise purchased by us.

Fun Facts about our Spare Parts Service
ItemsEach year, our spare parts service processes around 350,000 spare parts orders. A single order might consist of a new tabletop or a hinged door for a cabinet. However, orders typically involve larger quantities, such as a set of glides for an entire classroom.
CustomersThese spare parts were sent to approximately 3,000 different customers.
Saved travel distancesAll spare parts were sent by post. This means that the spare parts were mainly installed on site by the caretaker. Assuming that our customers are located an average of approximately 200 km away from us, this would save approximately 373.000 miles of travel.
On-site assemblyThe VS customer service team is also happy to visit you for all repair work, especially for more complex and, above all, safety-related components. With our installation team, we carry out approximately 940 service orders every year at our customers' premises.
